Response-Ability is an initiative of Wim DaniŽls. A strong sensing capability combined with a solid understanding of the business reality and knowledge of different models characterize him. He has been all his life fascinated by the interaction between people in organizations and by authentic behavior in organizations.
He has broad experience in various organizations in the field of HR (click here for a CV). By education he is Master in Applied Economics (University Leuven - Belgium).
In terms of coaching and training continuous learning fits him well. First of all by day-to-day work on the field and secondly by attending relevant courses.
